Elevex Konya, Elevex Elevator And Technologies Exhibition
ELEVEX 2024, organized by Vizyon Sectoral Exhibition with the support of the Elevator Sector, will be held between 22 - 25 May 2024 at TÜYAP, Konya. In the fair, all innovations related to vertical transportation technologies ranging from residential and commercial building elevators to hospital elevators, from in-home elevators and personal carriers to car elevators, from freight and service elevators to disabled elevators, along with escalators and walkways will be showcased together.
ELEVEX 2024, will welcome its local and foreign visitors with more than 200 participants at the Tüyap Konya International Fair Center in Konya, which has become the production and export base of the Turkish elevator sector, covering an area of 66,000 square meters.
Production and export base; KONYA
The Turkish elevator sector increased its export value by 20.7% compared to the previous year, exporting products worth a total of 363 million 149 thousand 523 dollars in 2022. The total export value of the sector was recorded as 300 million 724 thousand 331 dollars in 2021. In 2022, of the total foreign sales by the elevator sector amounting to 363 million 149 thousand 523 dollars, 195 million 486 thousand 1 dollar part was obtained from package elevator exports, and 167 million 663 thousand 522 dollar part was obtained from component exports. Konya elevator companies have a significant share in this success achieved by the Turkish elevator sector in exports and production. Approximately 40% of the sector's production and exports are made from Konya.
